Mid-career Crisis is often faced by individuals having 10 to 25 years of experience in a specific field. Although as per the Harvard Business Review, the definite reason behind the occurrence of this crisis is not certain, however it is believed that it happens when a person finds himself in a job or field that he no longer think is satisfying or rewarding.
Mid-career crisis makes you feel stuck, it is that point of your career where you feel exhausted from what you are doing and nothing related to your work excites you. It makes you feel demotivated and you somehow starts questioning yourself about the purpose of doing your job. It can be faced by anyone regardless of their field, job, or even salary. 1. Self-motivation

It is obvious to get tired of monotonous life. And in this scenario learning or doing some new things will help you break the monotony. You can also try this inside your job by asking your boss to give you some challenges or to incorporate some new tasks that will interest you.
